Biography - I've lived in Mortimer since 2001 and have been involved with the preschool since 2006, first as a parent and committee member, then as a part time staff member. My background is in Maths, IT and science so I'm always ready for some investigating and experimenting at preschool. I love learning and get my inspiration from the fascination and enthusiasm the children show for learning new things and building their knowledge and experience.

Biography - I've lived in Mortimer for 27 years bringing up my own family, I have five children and two adorable granddaughters, my own children attended preschool then went on to the local schools.
I have worked at preschool for 13 years, starting as a 1:1 for a child on the autistic spectrum and I realised how much I enjoyed working with children and making a difference to their lives, so I set about getting my qualifications and stayed in the setting. I can honestly say that every day is different and has it's own set of challenges, but no matter what you can't help but smile with our preschool children around.
