Terms and Conditions
Fees are payable in advance on a half-termly basis at the start of each half-term. Payments can also be made on a weekly basis if required, this can be arranged with our Administration Manager.
The pre-school cannot maintain your child's place if fees are not paid.
Parents will be given written notification if their child's place is being withdrawn due to persistent non-payment of fees.

Government funded sessions commence the term after the child’s 3rd Birthday for up to 30 hours per week.
Government funded sessions are also available for 2 year olds if the family is in receipt of benefits eg income support, housing benefit, council tax benefit, please contact our Administration Manager for more information by email to:
Withdrawal of a child from pre-school
If you want to withdraw your child from Mortimer Pre-school or decrease the number of sessions, we require 6 weeks notice in writing. Fees for half a term are payable in lieu of notice.
